Furman has conducted extensive research with hundreds of HVAC business owners and now specializes in connecting with customers, streamlining operations, and reducing administrative burden.

Co-Founder and product lead. Kyler built WorkHero because he knows the joys and challenges of running a small business and wants to give owners the tools they need to succeed. He’s focused on leveraging the latest technology to help WorkHero’s office managers and customers solve problems faster and do more of what they’re best at.

Senior Office Manager with 9 years of HVAC office management experience. Val is an expert in all financial, operational, and administrative functions of HVAC businesses and well-versed in ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, and other software. She has helped multiple HVAC companies scale to multi-million dollar operations through improved systems and pricing strategies. She serves as primary customer support contact at WorkHero.

Grant is a seasoned operations and marketing expert with over 7 years of experience in roles across the HVAC industry including starting as a technician in the field. He previously led office operations at a large $15M revenue company, including managing a team of CSRs and leading the implementation of ServiceTitan. Before that, he worked at Podium where he executed personalized marketing campaigns. Grant is passionate about helping more small HVAC companies thrive.

With over a decade in HVAC office operations, Stephanie specializes in identifying & executing workflow efficiencies. Her expertise spans scheduling, dispatching, reporting, AR management, and warehouse operations. She has led process development initiatives to enhance technician productivity and implemented industry software like ServiceTitan and Chiirp. She is passionate about improving operations and maximizing profitability for customers.
